- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef (grass fed)
- 1/2 lb. sugar (pork sausage, free for Whole30, **or preferred ground meat)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. blanched almond flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 2 tsp. italian seasoning (blend check for Whole30 compliance)

WOW! Had to get creative with my BBQ sauce - didn't have tomato paste or sauce, so I subbed a can of tomato sauce and used marinara sauce for the paste. The vinegar called for was too bitter for my dates, so I tripled the amount of dates called for (used the water I'd used to soften the dates, as well.) The meatballs are amazing - I used regular flour instead of almond - these turned out AMAZING!!!
