- 2 cups sugar ([I adapted by using one cup white sugar and one cup brown sugar])
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (preferably at room temperature)
- 4 bananas (very ripe, mashed, about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups)
- 1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
