- 4 scoops Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 8 biscuits
- 4 Tbsp. caramel sauce
- 25 grams chocolate (to grate)

Directions
- Arrange the sliced banana evenly on the top of four biscuits.
- Scoop a ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream on top of the banana layer.
- Spoon one tablespoon of caramel sauce over the ice cream.
- Top with a digestive biscuit on each; push down lightly to create a sandwich.
- Decorate with a grating of chocolate and serve immediately.
