- 300 grams buckwheat
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped, feel free to add up to 1/2 cup extra ;)
