I made half exactly like the recipe. The other half I dipped in Good Seasons salad dressing (made with vinegar and oil) and dipped in a mixture of corn flake crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Both versions were delicious. Will definitely make again.

The calamari was amazing. I added some red pepper for some spice and it was really good!
