Description
Simple & easy dish that everyone must try! A Filipino style fried rice best served with mango, egg strips, pork strips. Make it healthier with a little a twist, add some veggie bits. Enjoy! =)
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. shrimp paste (or ginisang bagoong)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. carrots (minced, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. bell pepper (minced sweet, optional)
- 1/2 cup pork strips (sauteed in oyster sauce)
- 1 egg
- mango (unripe)
- cucumber

Directions
- In a pan sauté the onion and add pork strips. Add the oyster sauce; let it cook for 5 mins. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, sauté the garlic then add ginisang bagoong.
- Put-in the rice, mix gently while cooking until all the ingredients are distributed properly. Cook the rice for 5-10 minutes, then add minced carrots & capsicum (optional).
- Transfer the rice to a serving bowl. Top with the cooked pork strips, cucumber, mango, and egg strips.
