- 10 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup whipping cream (or heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cups unsalted butter (room temp)
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. instant espresso powder
- 5 tsp. whipping cream (or heavy cream)
