This chili was really great! I used both red and yellow onion, and 4 colors of bells... i used the "cuban" style of black beans and added pinto beans too. It was a huge hit. I doubled the recipe for a party and made 2 crock pots. I kept one veggie, and added smoked chicken to the other. It was amazing!
