Description
This is by-far, the best chili recipe around. So far, I have won two chili cook-offs at work, and brought it to other pot-lucks where people just loved it. Be aware, though, it makes A LOT of chili. Stores well in the refrigerator for about a week, or just put into the freezer.
Ingredients

20 SERVINGS
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (cans of)
- 28 oz. chili beans (can of, optional)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 poblano peppers (diced)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 cups sweet onion (diced)
- 1 lb. hot sausage (Roll of Zesty)
- 3 lb. round steak
- 5 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 5 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander (or double the Tabasco Sauce)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. corn starch (to thicken sauce)

Directions
- In a LARGE bowl, add diced Bell and Poblano peppers and onions. Uniformity is not required as they will soften up. Next add 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
- Chop steak into half-inch cubes.
- Add into mixture in bowl.
