light and refreshing and super easy to make. I skipped the yogurt and added dill and worked as a vegan soup. Smoked the shrimp to add some protein to the soup and it was good with or without it. A hit with my friends and will be making it again

The soup was easy to make. It was smooth and creamy and the chopped cucumber added a nice crunch to the soup. I plan to make it again.
