Delicious! I followed the directions and added a little butter onto the pan before cooking the egg mix. Instead of cheddar, I sprinkled just enough parmesan cheese on top of the egg mix before scrambling the eggs. I also decided to smash the avocado onto the lightly buttered toast before placing the scrambled eggs on top. No extra salt needed on the avocado because the salt and parmesan cheese that was melted into the egg mix was just right for me.
