Avocado Tuna Salad w/ harissa and kale (no mayo)

- 5 oz. tuna (I used solid white)
- 4 tsp. harissa (I used Tazah Harissa which is milder, made with preserved lemons, and has a coarser texture than most of the other harissas we’ve bought which works well here. Rather than a harissa paste, if that’s all I had, I would use a red pepper tapenade and add heat- but most harissas in glass jars seem to have a rougher cut.)
- 1/4 cup diced onion (finely, any variety)
- 1 cup salad (avocado kale, or, alternately, 1 cup of shaved kale tossed with a splash of lemon juice and olive oil to coat)
- 1/2 avocado (smashed, if using straight kale rather than the kale salad add a whole avocado, mashing half and dicing half)
