- 2 chiles
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lime
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Mix the drained tuna with the cucumber, jalapenos, peas, celery, onion and parsley. Add the olive oil, lime juice, and lime rind and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove from the peel with a spoon so that its shape remains intact.
- Scoop some of the tuna salad mixture onto each avocado half and serve.
