- 2 avocados (large ripe)
- 5 white peaches (pit removed & chopped roughly, 2 cups)
- 1/3 cup shallot (or red onion, chopped roughly)
- 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped roughly, ~1/2 red pepper)
- 1/2 cup sweet corn (fresh raw, cut from the cob)
- 1 inch jalapeño pepper (a hot, minced, only include the seeds if you want it to be VERY spicy!)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped roughly)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (whole, crushed in a mortar)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (+ more to taste)
