This recipe was really good I used sourdough bread since it doesn’t get soggy like other breads and it was yummmy. Super and quick

Makes for a very tasty and easy to prepare brunch. I increased the oil. Cooking spray is too "diety" for my taste.

Delicious! Super simple and I always want it for breakfast now! I made mine with sriracha sauce and it was amazing!

used butter instead of avocado and put a slice of swiss cheese under the eggs, tasted great will make this often

Delicious! I used to do this, but with a special sauce of cilantro, tomatoes, onions and olive oil ( yummy😋). You can add some cheddar cheese if you like.

Quick, simple, and filling. I throw this avocado toast together every morning, in between the gym and work. If you're in a hurry, this is a go-to breakfast option.
