Awesome!!! So creamy and delicious... you can add pepper and half teaspoon dried mint... Yumm!

This dish was good. Next time i will probably put half as much olive oil and salt and maybe add a little vinegar.

I absolutely LOVE this salad, but I dress it up when I make it. I leave out the onions (yuk!). I add kalamata olives, feta cheese, and a basil, oregano, garlic, and sea salt mix. I also add some almond slivers for some crunch. My kids love this too and ask me to make it for them all the time. I’m always recommending it to people for a simple, filling, and delicious salad.

Light and tasty. I added burrata for some extra creaminess. I might go for a drier mozzarella next time though, because the burrata made things a bit soggy.
