it was ok...i couldn't taste the lime and thought it was bland....that being said i think its a good start and i can doctor it up maybe with some salsa, corn, chicken, sour cream...def a good start :)

I thought this was a tasty, easy recipe that will go with a lot of different meals. I actually used cauliflower rice to make it a lower carb meal. I will definitely make again & share the recipe with friends.

I really like this but might leave out the cumin next time I think the lime is refreshing and it gets a bit confused with the cumin

I would definitely make this again! It had an amazing flavour. I made the avocado sauce a few hours before to let the spices sit and it tasted so good! I also didn’t use cumin because we didn’t have any and I’m not a huge fan of spice. I think the cumin would have overpowered the avocado and lime. All in all, I was a huge fan!

Eatable but I can’t call it “good” and I won’t make again. I was really disappointed because of the high reviews and how much I love avocados.

Super Yummly lol but I used uncle Bens 90second rice because that’s two cups and it’s only my husband and I and it came out great with only one lime and one avocado. Bon Appetite!

I’m not a huge rice fan but this recipe sounded like it would be delicious so I gave it a try, I thought it was good but I felt like it need more flavor. It just seemed kinda plain after you have had a couple bits

Not bad, the taste is good even if I didn’t use white basmati rice but instead I used mixture of wild, red rice and quinoa mixed with nuts and seeds to get more Omega 3’s in.

Delicious!! Only thing I did not add was the pepper. Everything else I did and it was great! Total hit with the family

Taste is perfect! Just that avocados have to be ripe enough to smash them well. Other than that, once you try it, you will want to repeat it again and again.

This was quick and easy to make. I substituted Quiona for brown rice and still came out delicious! Def would make again.

Simple but delicious! My kind of recipe! I served it with roasted vegetables. The meal was so much more interesting with this rice than plain white rice. Yum!
