- 1 pinch fresh cilantro (crushed red pepper flakes and, optional)
- 3 whole wheat pita bread (pockets)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter (or olive oil)
- 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning (or Greek)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or garlic salt)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- salt (for sprinkling)
