  • 1 ginger (minced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 head bok choy (stem and leaves separated, stem diced and leaves thinly sliced)
  • 1 bunch scallions (or green onions, thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • chili sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
