Absolutely delicious salad!! I saw a picture of it on Facebook and just had to find the recipe! This one was great!! I added a few extra garlic cloves (I REALLY love garlic) and eyeballed all of the “dressing” ingredients. I’m extremely happy with how it came out and will make it again!!

Followed the recipe and it was perfect. Might use less cilantro since some found it unfavorable.

Delicious! This salad tastes like summer. Will definitely include it in my rotation! Boiling the corn seems to allow more sweetness to come through than using grilled corn. Both are delicious!

Fresh, crisp, easy to make. Very flavorful. . I make half and get 2-4 servings whether used for side or entree. Have made 3 times this summer Highly recommend.

I loved it, most of all my picky eaters (son 7 and daughter 10) really liked it. I made burgers and had the salad in the side. Great recipe and easy to make! You will love it.

Great! I added drained light kidney beans, grilled the corn on the cob and grilled red bell pepper. No cilantro. I used green onions instead of red onions.
