This salad dressing is practically perfect! I'm allergic to garlic so I have to make my own salad dressings and this one is a keeper. I did modify by omitting the garlic and used a quarter of a shallot instead. I also added half a seeded jalapeño and it was so good I was trying to think of all the different things I could dip into it!
