Pretty tasty as a side dish paired with something spicy like chipotle chicken... by itself it’s nothing amazing but it is easy to throw together and healthy.

Delicious. I used Japanese rice and added more cilantro and lime juice. I used 3 small avocados instead of 2 medium. I would make this again.

Okay, so the blah-ness of this recipe is mostly my fault. I thought we had rice but the only rice we had was the sticky rice that you use for sushi. Definitely do not make this recipe with sticky rice. I cut the recipe in half since i didn't want 5 cups of rice for two people. My husband said he liked it but I didn't really care for the flavor. But again, most likely because of the type of rice I used. I'll probably try it again in the future.

It was good, I just thought the avocado was a little much. It makes for a nice, fast lunch though!

I really enjoyed this dish. I am a vegetarian so there wasn't any meat anywhere. I believe I put to much Cilantro, and not enough salt. Also had to use a lot more of the lime, but it is worth the time
