- 8 oz. dark chocolate (or semisweet, melted, I used the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring between each interval)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or semisweet, to be stirred in before baking)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (for swirling on top)

Delicious! I had exactly two overipe avocados that i was looking for something to with rather than waste. Went a little bot overboard with the cocoa powder so it turned out a bit more cakey in texture than fudgy but it's still so good!
