    I love this salad. I tossed my avocado with a little lemon juice before mixing into salad to help from browning quickly and added it last. I like the salad best when it is first mixed and bacon is still slightly warm. Also - I like to mix ingredients (excluding avocado) when the orzo is slightly warm. It’s not near as good the next day.
