- 1/4 cup dried peas (Soaked in water for half an hour then drained)
- 1 cup lentils (sprouted, and Mung beans)
- 1 onion (Chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- salt (to taste)
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. ground coriander (dried)
- 2 cardamom (use only the seeds, can be replaced with dried ginger)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
