- 1 tsp. coriander seeds (ground)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste, I like pink Himalayan salt)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 rutabaga (medium/ large, 600 g/ 1.3 lb)
- 5 medium zucchini (or marrow squash, 1 kg/ 2.2 lb)
