- 1/2 cup almonds (raw natural)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (unrefined, preferably organic)
- 30 drops liquid stevia (plain or vanilla, to your taste)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 pears (medium, washed, cored and diced)
- 2 apples (medium sweet, I used Honeycrisp, washed, cored and diced)
- 1 cup frozen cranberries (or fresh)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 40 drops liquid stevia (plain or vanilla, to your taste)
