- 2 medium apples (I used Fuji, cut into thin slices)
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 15 oz. mandarin oranges (liquid drained)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 apple cider vinegar (tbso)
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- salt (unchecked▢, to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
