This is a simple topping to make. I didn’t really change it up except I left it unsalted as one person suggested. It is very tasty, but I would like for it to be spicier (hot) and am going to add a couple of drops of hot sauce on my own helping and then add some salt. I’ll try to remember to follow up later.

delicious like this. but the only improvement i could make would be to add the lime juice to 1 tbsp avocado (or olive) oil and 1/2 to 1 tsp of freshly ground, toasted cumin. goooood stuff, with or without the aforementioned improvements...

White or yellow onions are better and it is missing garlic. Also mix everything and let it sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge, overall good recipe!

Don't skimp on the salt and definitely give this time to set before eating. Delicious!

Very authentic. I used cherry tomatoes but it was delightful. Definitely making this one again

Excellent I however used 2 Roma tomatoes a vidalia onion and pink Himalayan salt with the juice of 2 limes and cilantro for a slightly smaller portion and it is exactly like one I would get at the Mexican restaurant that closed down. I'm so excited!
