  • 125 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 400 milliliters coconut cream
  • 200 grams tofu puffs (fried, halved)
  • 2 stalks curry leaves
  • 450 grams egg noodles (fresh hokkien)
  • 200 grams rice vermicelli (dried, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes then drained)
