- 1 tsp. Sichuan peppercorn (whole, or you can use Sichuan peppercorn powder)
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil ( red, , optional, for a brighter color)
- 1 pinch salt

- 2 tsp. dark soy sauce (for coloring)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt (around 1/3 tsp.)

- 1 Tbsp. green onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

Great and easy recipe. I did use store bought Kung Pao sauce (stores are missing things due the virus) and modified the marinade to included minced garlic and onion. Turned out amazeballs!
