- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder (chipotle)
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 whole dried red chile pepper (6" long, snipped into 1/4" pieces, with the dried seeds)
- 8 oz. spicy pepperoni (whole, sliced then cut into matchsticks)
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (1 bag ,and provolone cheese blend such as Sargento's)
