- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup Truvía® Baking Blend
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 Tbsp. molasses (optional as adding molasses will give cookies a darker color and richer flavor. This will affect nutritionals)
