- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed, I prefer organic dark brown sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (or canola oil)
- 12 oz. evaporated milk (non-fat, shake for a minute before using)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (I used Rodelle's)
