These are a little bland but I used that to my advantage & served them up with some fiery chilli con carne. Made a great accompaniment and a nice change to rice.

They were a little bland tasting. i put some cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce with them which helped.

Absolutely love these! you can't really taste the aubergine, so good for people who don't like it too much.
