    Just fine! Very easy. I agree that it is a bit plain.

    Under seasoned as is. I used 12 oz of pasta (casarecce) and 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tsps of tarragon with the lemon/zest and the 1 lb of asparagus. Dressed the pasta/asparagus with the oil/garlic/lemon/tarragon, salt&pepper. Pulled the softened goat cheese into pieces and blended into dish. Adjusted with more S&P, as the seasoning listed isnt enough. Added 1 lb of sauteed shrimp. I think Mascarpone or philly cream cheese would be great alternatives to goat cheese. A quick, easy, go to that's ao adaptable. Would definitely make this again.

    It was very good!! Awesome flavor combination!!
    Topped with salmon for a heathy dinner. Added spinach in the end when combining. Lite fresh flavor, hope the pasta leftovers are good cold.
