- 1/2 lb. asparagus spears (trimmed)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups green onions (or spring)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk cream
- 1 oz. fresh Parmesan cheese (grated, I might use a bit more myself)
