- puff pastry (ready-rolled, cut into squares)
- green pesto
- asparagus spears (blanched)
- tomatoes
- parmigiano reggiano cheese (Italian)

Directions
- Bush each square with some green pesto
- Top with asparagus spears, split in half lengthways and some slices of tomato
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220C/ Gas 7 for 15 minutes.
