- 6 oz. prosciutto (pgks Primo Taglio, cut in half)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
- fresh basil leaves (torn pieces or julienned)
- parmigiano reggiano cheese (for shaving)
