- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)

- sweetener
- 2 tsp. stevia
- 1/2 tsp. green Tabasco sauce (hot chili oil, or Sriracha sauce, or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (comes in a jar)
- 2 Tbsp. low sugar apricot jam (or sugar free)
