- 3 cups coleslaw mix (or shredded red cabbage)
- 1/2 cup wish-bone light asian sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing
- 3 cups pork
- 2 sliced green onions (optional)

Directions
- Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ according to package directions; set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine coleslaw mix with Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing; set aside.
- Spoon hot rice on serving platter, then top with pulled pork and coleslaw. Sprinkle with green onions and garnish, if desired, with chopped peanuts.
