1 SERVINGS
- 1 garlic clove (small, minced)
- 4 oz. edamame (shelled)
- 5 oz. mixed vegetables (such as shiitake mushroom, carrot, french beans and broccoli)
- 8 oz. leafy greens (sliced lengthwise, used as a base instead of noodles)
- 0.25 oz. wakame (dried, seaweed)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- soy sauce (low salt, to taste, approx 2 T)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger root (fresh grated)
- 1/4 tsp. red chilli (or more, if you prefer, finely chopped)
- 0.5 oz. sesame seeds

Directions
- Fresh or frozen vegetables can be used for this dish. Place garlic, edamame and vegetables in a pan or wok and heat for a minute or two at a high temperature while stirring. Add wakame, boiling water, soy sauce, ginger and chilli and cook until vegetables are done, but still firm. Stir occasionally. Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
