- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

So good! Added a little sriracha for some extra kick. My husband was upset there were no leftovers!

One of the best stir fry I ever made. I substituted ground chicken for the ground turkey. In the peanut sauce I only used 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce instead of 3 tbsp and string beans for the snap peas. This was really yummy!!
