- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or 3-4 garlic cloves minced)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder (or 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger)

Will definitely make this again. Served with rice and mixed vegetables and my family loved it.
