- 1 pkg. Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Tenderloins (99% Fat Free)
- 3 cups napa cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cups red cabbage
- 1 red pepper (cut into Julienne strips, 1” x 1/4”)
- 1 medium red onion (cut into Julienne strips, 1” x 1/4”)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 btl. sesame ginger dressing (or your favorite Asian dressing)
- 1/2 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups fried wonton strips
- sesame seeds (optional)

Directions
- Prepare turkey breast tenderloins per package instructions. Let turkey cool. Once cooled, shred or cut into 1" 1/2" cubes.
- In large bowl, combine Napa cabbage, red cabbage, red peppers, red onions, and shredded carrots. Gently toss.
- Add turkey and 1 cup dressing to the bowl and mix.
- Garnish with fried wonton strips, green onions, and sesame seeds.
