So delicious! I followed the recipe to a T and it turned out perfectly. Note: your canned salmon may have vertebrae in them! I had to pick mine out. The other small bones in the salmon were negligible and super soft so don’t worry about those if you use canned salmon (which is my new favorite!)
I thought about doubling the slaw’s liquid/sauce because my half of a head of red cabbage was pretty big, but I didn’t, and once I mixed it all together, it was the perfect amount. I ate the other half of the orange at breakfast the next day.
