  • 8 ounces water chestnuts (drained and minced)
  • 8 ounces bamboo shoots (shredded, drained)
  • 14 ounces baby corn (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/3 cup gluten free hoisin sauce (I used this, but this BBQ sauce from San-J is easier to find and tastes fairly hoisin-y)
  • 1/3 cup gluten free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (or chili garlic paste, my fave, its not as sweet)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 head butter lettuce
