Everyone loved! Marinated steak pieces overnight in soy sauce (to cover), dried thyme, garlic, and pepper, so didn’t add soy sauce again when cooking. Seasoned potatoes as cooked with siracha spice, seasoned salt, & pepper. When added potatoes, added 2 tbsp marg. Topped with sesame steak sauce and served with Asian seasoned green beans. Yum!
