- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 star anise
- 1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions
- In 1-quart saucepan, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar and star anise to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until thickened; let cool.
- Remove star anise; discard. In medium bowl, combine soy mixture with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and lemon juice. Chill, if desired, and serve with your favorite grilled meat or fish.
