- 16 oz. wheat noodles (fresh or dried, /pasta)
- 1 bulb garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 stalks green onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 lobster tails
- 12 shrimp (large uncooked, peeled and deveined)
- 8 pieces oyster (fresh or canned)
- 15 pieces dried red dates (Chinese, see notes rinse with water and make 2-3 cuts on the dates with a knife)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and grated)
- 2 inches fresh ginger (knob of, peeled and grated)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. bouillon (Better-than-, optional)
- 1 stalk green onions (thinly sliced)
